Director of Digital Development Ana Matic is speaking at the Institute of Government and Public Policy [IGPP] event – BIM in Construction which is taking place on Tuesday 4 October at 12.10pm (BST).

The presentation is titled ‘Using Digital Twins As Part Of Everyday BIM Activities’ and will analyse aspects of digital data continuity which are bringing the Digital Twins into our everyday activity with focus on construction industry and built environment.

The future of construction is digital with iterative relationships between the digital and physical environment. The role of the architect is changing and the strategic client briefing is extending through to handover stages with the ability to assist clients in achieving a successful construction project and a functional Digital Twin for their facility.

BIM in Construction provides a platform for built-environment practitioners to share innovations and technical developments in digital design, artificial intelligence, smart technologies, and other aspects of digitisation.
