For the Marketing Suite design and delivery for the Phase 2 launch of this landmark development we were asked to respond to the changing dynamic of the area. Now known as ‘Tech City’, the design needed to reflect the local business and user demographic and the subsequent purchaser profiles.
‘Tech City’ led us to the concept of information exchange and the connections with people, place, history and ideas. This is reflected in its industrial base-layer, overlaid with the values of Berkeley Homes. A final layer of detailing and curated finishes led to a sophisticated, yet fun welcoming space.
The customer journey is of key importance to the client and this is reflected in all areas of the space. Key messaging that your new home is ‘Designed for Life’ was carved in a brick feature wall. Concrete columns and a stone floor further enhance the solid foundations of the development. Brass mesh laminated boardroom glazing nods to the re-imagining of its industrial roots and visibility and connection with its users and clients.
