Johann is a Project Director based in the London studio and specialises in the design and delivery of aviation and transportation projects. During his 25 year career he has worked on numerous overseas projects including award-winning schemes, Istanbul New Airport and Terminal 5 at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Johann extensively worked on Gatwick and Heathrow Airport schemes, from initial concept design submissions and design work, through to coordinating all disciplines and the detailed fit-out. This work included small design-only projects up to large scale projects such as the North Terminal Gatwick international departure lounge extension and Pier 6 at Heathrow. He was responsible for the project design and co-ordination of the new International and Domestic Terminal at Diori Hamani Airport in Niger, which opened in June 2019. 

He recently worked on Heathrow West, an alternative design for the expansion of Heathrow Airport, together with a new Terminal 2 at Bandaranaike International Airport in Sri Lanka and is currently working on a project at Dubai Airport, Terminal 3.  

Johann has previously designed and delivered commercial office, education and hospitality schemes.
